TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Food & Drink

Only food and drink purchased on the premises may be consumed on site.

Picnic food is only permitted if agreed in advance with Wild World Parties management.

Birthday cakes are permitted for booked parties in the party room only.

Alcohol is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.

2. Supervision

Children under 16 years of age must be supervised at all times by a responsible accompanying adult while on the premises.

3. Safety & Accidents

All accidents must be reported to a staff member immediately and before leaving the centre.

Accidents reported after leaving the premises cannot be dealt with.

4. Footwear & Dress Code

  • No shoes are permitted in the Play Area
  • Socks must be worn at all times for health and safety
  • No adult football tops or baseball caps are permitted in the centre

5. Party Duration & Timing

All birthday party bookings include a total duration of 90 minutes, which includes:

  • 60 minutes in the Play Area
  • 30 minutes in the Party Room (including catering)

This time cannot be extended unless additional time is booked and paid for in advance.

6. Arrival & Set-Up Time (IMPORTANT)

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled party start time.

This time is allocated for:

  • Meeting your party host
  • Basic set-up and simple decorations (if required)

⚠️ This 10-minute period is the only set-up time included.

If you require additional time for decorating, organising, or preparation, you must book extra party time in advance.

Extra set-up time cannot be added on the day and is subject to availability and additional charges.

Late arrival may result in loss of party or play time, as party end times cannot be extended.

7. Booking, Deposits & Payments

  • A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking
  • Full payment must be completed as per booking instructions
  • All bookings are subject to availability

8. Refunds & Cancellations

We operate a strict no-refund policy on all services, including vouchers.

Refunds will only be considered if the centre is closed by management and no alternative arrangement can be agreed.

9. Rescheduling

  • Bookings may be rescheduled or transferred with a minimum of 5 days’ notice
  • Rescheduling within 5 days of the booking date will incur a £25 administration fee
  • All rescheduling is subject to availability and management discretion

10. Admission & Behaviour

Management reserve the right to refuse admission or remove customers for:

  • Aggressive or abusive behaviour
  • Swearing or inappropriate language
  • Misuse of equipment or facilities
  • Failure to follow safety rules

Any abuse of staff will not be tolerated.

11. Play Area Rules

  • All inflatable and play activities are physical activities
  • Participants (or parents/guardians) must ensure they are fit and able to participate
  • No hard or sharp objects are allowed, including:
    • Mobile phones
    • Jewellery
    • Belt buckles
    • Plaster casts or prosthetics

Failure to follow rules may result in removal from activities or the premises.

12. Booking Confirmation

Your booking reference is compulsory and must be presented on arrival.

Proof shown on a smartphone or device is accepted.

Failure to provide valid booking confirmation will result in refusal of entry.

13. Online Orders & Waivers

All customers must complete:

  • Online orders
  • Safety waivers

for every participant before arrival, for health and safety and operational efficiency.

14. Vouchers & Promotions

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase
  • Promotional codes have no cash value
  • Offers cannot be combined
  • All promotions are subject to availability and opening hours

15. Photography & Media

By entering the premises, you consent to photography and video recording for promotional purposes.

All prices are correct at time of publishing.

Wild World Parties accepts no liability for indirect or consequential loss relating to site usage or participation in activities.

Participation in activities involves known and unknown risks, including physical injury. By entering, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Taking of any content or prices by automated processes, such as spidering, will be deemed as a breach of copyright and is expressly forbidden except where specifically agreed with Wild World Parties or where Wild World Parties has expressly requested the process.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We put a lot of time and effort into describing and photographing the services we provide using our own photography and often our own descriptions of the services.

Although we aim that every picture and description is 100% accurate, mistakes do occur so let us know if you see or read something that isn’t correct.

PRICING LIABILITY

All prices listed on www.wildworldparties.com are correct at the time of entering. Your credit card or debit card will be charged at the point of purchase.

If a genuine error is discovered in the price of the services that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price.

The participant acknowledges that their participation in any and all of the activities provided by the Company entails known and unknown risks that could result in physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death or damage to themselves to property or to third parties. The participant further acknowledges that the activities provided by the Company require a reasonable level of fitness and ability and that the company has provided accurate information outlining these risks during the onsite induction procedure to include physical briefings as well as well-appointed signage to that effect which you as the customer have/will watch during entrance to the park for each session visited.
