Wild World Parties. The Place for Your Party

SAFEGUARDING POLICY

Wild World Parties Ltd

Last reviewed: 9 October 2026

1. Our commitment

Wild World Parties Ltd is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for children and families visiting our venue.

This policy explains the responsibilities of parents and guardians, the role of our staff, and how safeguarding concerns should be raised.

2. Parental responsibility and supervision

Parents and responsible accompanying adults are responsible for supervising children at all times throughout their party.

Wild World Parties provides a venue and facilities for private parties. We do not provide childcare or take over parental responsibility for children.

Parents and guardians must ensure children follow the venue’s safety rules and use the facilities appropriately.

3. Responsibilities of Wild World Parties staff

Our staff are responsible for managing the venue, ensuring venue rules are followed and operating the on-site café.

Staff will address breaches of venue rules and take reasonable action where a safety concern arises. However, staff supervision of the premises does not replace the responsibility of parents and guardians to supervise their children.

All visitors are expected to treat children, other guests and staff with respect.

4. Independent activity providers

Some activities and entertainment may be provided by independent third-party businesses or individuals.

Parents arrange these services directly with the providers. This includes providers recommended by Wild World Parties.

Independent providers are responsible for their own services and for meeting any applicable safeguarding and safety requirements. A recommendation by Wild World Parties does not mean that a provider is employed or managed by us.

Parents should discuss any specific requirements, supervision arrangements or concerns directly with the relevant provider before booking.

5. Reporting safeguarding concerns

Any safeguarding concern arising during a visit should be reported to Wild World Parties management as soon as possible.

We will consider concerns brought to our attention and take appropriate action within our responsibilities. Where necessary, concerns may be referred to the relevant safeguarding authorities or emergency services.

If a child is in immediate danger, emergency services should be contacted.

6. Photography and privacy

Photography and video recording must respect the privacy of children and other visitors.

Parents, guardians and independent providers should consider the privacy and consent of everyone who may appear in photographs or recordings. Any concerns about inappropriate photography or recording at the venue should be reported to management.

7. Review

Wild World Parties Ltd will review this policy when necessary to reflect changes to our operations or applicable requirements.

This policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and the safety information provided to customers before their party.
