Food Safety & Quality Waiver

At Wild World Parties, we want every party to be safe, enjoyable and stress-free.

Food served at your party may be supplied through our food partner, or, where agreed in advance, you may bring your own food. Because food may be prepared, supplied or handled by parties outside Wild World Parties, it is important that you understand your responsibilities when arranging food for your party.

Food supplied through our food partner

Where food is ordered through our nominated food partner, the food is prepared and supplied by that partner. Information about ingredients, allergens and dietary requirements should be confirmed directly with the food provider when placing your order.

Wild World Parties does not prepare the food supplied by our external food partner and cannot guarantee the absence of allergens or other ingredients that may be present in the food.

Food brought to the venue

If you choose to bring your own food, you are responsible for ensuring that the food is suitable, safe and properly stored and handled before and during your party.

You are also responsible for making sure that guests and parents/guardians are aware of any relevant ingredients, allergens or dietary considerations.

Your responsibility

By accepting this waiver, you acknowledge that:

• you are responsible for providing accurate information about allergies and dietary requirements;
• you will take reasonable steps to ensure that food provided for your party is safe and suitable for consumption;
• you understand that food may be prepared or supplied by an external food provider;
• you accept responsibility for food that you bring into the venue; and
• you understand that Wild World Parties cannot control the preparation, ingredients, handling or quality of food supplied by an external provider.

By ticking the Food Safety & Quality Waiver checkbox when booking, you confirm that you have read and understood this information and accept responsibility for the food arrangements for your party.
